bearshortyMy Vaio is teasing me by being fine this morning. Yesterday it was barely working. I know it won’t last but I have a very tiny, tiny bit of hope. And of course, it only worked when I was sitting in a specific position. I really can’t just hold it with my thumb on the left side of the monitor for long.
I asked Papa to do some laptop research for me because I can’t bring myself too, nor do I want to spend much time on it. When I was in Best Buy yesterday, the Toshiba looked interesting and very light, so I’ll probably get that. (I also bought a new shiny laptop bag at Best Buy, ignoring the small print that in California some chemicals that the bag is made from might cause cancer). I’ll decide next week, once Sony guy will give the call with the final verdict – he was writing a email to Sony to see if they would cover my LCD replacement (they charge $500 otherwise, which is so not worth it).
I did discover a new ice-cream flavor from Ben and Jerry that did cheer me up since it is like they were reading my mind – “Greek Frozen Yogurt Raspberry with Chocolate Chunks”. It was very delicious.
