27 Adar/13 March, 2010
Mar. 13th, 2010 11:00 pmThe wind is insane. There is a storm on the east coast this weekend and it is the fiercest one I can remember. One of the panels by the window of our neighbor’s house fell off from the wind and it feels like the house can be carried away. I certainly don’t want to know what it is like to walk in this.
The butterfly on my new cross-stitch project is getting some color today. There is a lot of orange in lots of orange/yellow variation and it is mostly half-stitch. I really like how the colors are blending. I’m starting to really like this project, more than I thought I would. I’m making it for a gift but one day I might use the design for myself.
Watched “Hangover” today with Papa. I finally came on “Netflix.” I’m usually not a fan of boy comedies, but since it won a Golden Globe for Best Comedy I figured I should give it a try. It certainly wasn’t the funniest movie I’ve seen but it had its moments, especially the pictures at the end. Overall, decent movie, but I don’t think I would watch it again.
Lack of knowledge of basic anatomy and really important ignorance is pretty common . I understand this for young teenagers who weren’t taught anything in school, but really when people are twentysomething and older shouldn’t they learn by then.
