Beginning of the month means Global Giving .
True Blood. S3E1. It’s back! My cracky fun times TV. The Sam and Bill chemistry was awesome in that sexy dream – now that Sam had Bill’s blood this storyline should be fun. And naked Eric is always a plus. I’m looking forward to this season. Reading the review ahead of time with practically every scene described did make the experience of watching less enjoyable, since I’m catching up on the show the following day – but still, I am very glad this show is back.
Doctor Who. S5E8 “Hungry Earth” This episode is so obviously a set up. I did not even care much that I missed weeks of this show. This season is just not gelling for me. I miss Ten and Donna and wonderful Season 4 where I loved every episode. This was an ok episode but not really that interesting and some acting – like by the mom character was a bit grating. Maybe because I don’t know the villains that well, since they were only in classic Who, so I’m not really excited about them. And what with the Doctor continually missing his destinations this year. One person I really liked was the woman miner-scientist. She was just so excited about everything and curious. She would make an awesome companion – and it is nice to see a grown-up in the Tardis.
I’m also catching up on my missed TV from last week. I watched the second episode of “Burn Notice” season 4. This is a very summery show too. It really grew on me.
I read today that Harry Potter finished filming two days ago which is really weird.
