Another not remarkable day.
Papa and I caught up on “Pacific” onDemand. We watched Part 5. Good balance between battle and character development and a little bit on each of the four main characters. It holds my attention well. I’m really glad that I don’t have to go through that and I can’t imagine how those soldiers could go home and lead regular lives.
I also watched a classic “Doctor Who” episode on Netflix. It was the first classic Doctor Who I’ve seen. “The City of Death” was written by Douglas Adams and featured the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) and Romana. It was cheesy fun. The props and dialogue was often silly and oh the technology. And the Doctor was crazy even then but in a fun way. No angst for him. I think I will slowly start watching some classic episodes.
