“The Expendables” trailer came out today. That is a movie with Stallone and almost every other action star in the last thirty years. It promises to be so cheesy and 80s that I might actually go to the movie theater to see it. Papa was really excited to, to see all the action stars in one movie.
Planet Earth “Seasonal Forests.” This is my scene. I was born in the flat, slightly hilly country with lots of forests (deciduous kind with some evergreens). Every summer I spent at camps in the forests and that feels very familiar to me. My favorite memories are gathering raspberries in early August. And then I went to college in the mountain forests with a nature preserve right outside the campus. Forests rock. Really tall trees are cool and watching cicadas emerge is a bit disturbing.
