1. Do you like blue cheese? Yes. Blue cheese dressing is my favorite. I don't buy dressings, I use olive oil and vinegar at home, but if I'm at the restaurant and order a salad I always go for blue cheese. I love cheese in general.

2. Have you ever smoked? No. Never wanted to.

3. Do you own a gun? No. No, thanks.

4. What is your favourite flavour? Can't pick one. Vanilla is nice, and chocolate and lemon and bread. How can a person pick just one?

5. Do you get nervous before Doctor visits? Not the doctor. I do get very nervous before dentist visits, though.

6. What do you think of hot dogs? Great occasional summer food.

7. Favourite Christmas Movie? I can't think of one.

8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? Tea. No question. Usually black decaf tea I get at Whole Foods. I much have my tea in the morning.

9. Do you do push-ups? I can't do proper one, just easy ones. And I don't really do them anyway.

10. What’s your favourite piece of jewelry? Necklaces. Love them. In particular I treasure my Star of David and an eye that I wear on a thin gold chain (both on the same chain). I got them as gifts from my parents - the Star of David when I was 15 and an eye when I was 18.

11. Favourite hobby? Reading, cross stitching, writing. Do I have to pick just one? (there is a theme. That's why Gemini fits me well as a sign; can't pick just one)

13. What’s the one thing you hate about yourself? Inability to network properly.

14. Middle Name? I don't have one. I have a patronymic but it's not on any of my American documents.

15. Name three thoughts right now? I should go to bed. I'm going to cook kotlety (mini meatloafs?) tomorrow. The flowers on the counter are very pretty (my mother in law gave me flowers last week)

18. Current hate right now? I don't hate but if I had to pick it would be the current Presidential race.

20. How do you ring in the New Year? At my parents' house with a big meal and a New Year Tree, watching the ball drop in Times Square. And with presents on New Year's Day.

21. Where would you like to go? Many places. Prague, Alaska, Australia, Scotland just to name a few.

22. Name three people who will complete this? Whoever wants to do it.

23. Do you own slippers? Yes. I don't wear shoes inside the house, only slippers. In the summer, I prefer to go barefoot at home. I also have slippers for guests.

24. What colour shirt are you wearing? My pink and white stripy pajamas

25. Do you like sleeping on satin sheets? No. I like cotton.

26. Can you whistle? No. Well, very rarely.

27. Favourite colour? Blue. Or green. Or red. Depending on my mood.

28. Would you be a pirate? Not really. I would be a terrible pirate. Not a lot of sanitary conditions too.

29. What songs do you sing in the shower? I don't really sing in the shower. I think. And often come up with great fic ideas or get unstuck in whatever I'm writing.

35. Worst injury? I fractured my left ankle when I was 9. Had to wear a cast for almost a month.

Close enough to a big city but not in the center of it.

42. What’s your favourite sweet? Can't choose. Sometimes cake, other times cookie, or banana bread, or chocolate. Peanut M&Ms probably come the closest. But so does caramel Cadbury (but only of it was made in the UK)

43. What’s your favourite sports team? I don't follow sports. NY Yankees by default.
