Day 7: Your Zodiac sign and if you think it fits your personality
I'm a Gemini and while I don't believe in astrology and horoscopes I do think the sign fits me. I do feel double personality sometimes - I'm very shy when I first meet someone or in social situation but once I get to know someone and I'm comfortable, I talk a lot.

7 – Have you ever had a fic change your opinion of a character?
Not a specific story but writing Remus/Sirius pairing and reading a lot of stories in that fandom certainly changed my opinion about Sirius. I didn't like Sirius when I read the books. He was an arrogant, self-absorbed bully, at least as a child, and the type of person I would not like in real life. His death in canon didn't affect me at the time. But as I read more and more stories and wrote about him, I started to see him as Remus would. And slowly I began to understand him and like him for all his faults too. He just became much more well rounded to me. (I'm on Team Star (team Sirius) this year for R/S Games - something I couldn't imagine even a few years ago).
Real Life
This morning I got a bunch of chores done once we got back to my own place - I cleaned the bathroom, went to get the flu shot, went to the bank and the post office. I also finished Sacks' autobiography (enjoyed it very much. He spent the last five years of his life in love and in a relationship, which is nice to hear) and graded two papers. And went to the playground for over an hour and a half. Not bad overall.
And last night I finally finished my story for RS Games and sent it off to Beta. It's due next Wednesday so it's nice not to stress too much. I can't wait for October and getting to read two stories per day of lovely, lovely writers.
