bearshortyI just watched the two hour US premiere of Season 4 of "Downton Abbey" on PBS. How I missed this show. Good start to the season.
I actually ventured outside today, into the ice roads, since Bear and I do our grocery shopping on Sundays. Usually, we drive about 8 minutes to a Russian supermarket (its cheaper and it has the best black bread) but with the snow storm and lack of parking spaces right now we just went to some local shops today. Got lots of veggies.
My parents were going to stop by but they just dropped off some meat for us from Costco and some juice and were on the way so I saw them just for a bit. Again, it was the lack of parking right now that was the issue so they just went to visit my grandparents sooner than they planned.
Other than that, it was a quiet day - just a bit of cleaning and shopping. Tomorrow I need to actually start prepping for the new semester. Just two more weeks of the break left.
