bearshortyI couldn’t sleep very well because of fun cramps that just like to appear at night to make me get Advil and not sleep, so I was already set up to be cranky all day. It was also very cold – it will be a very very cold week. We had tickets for the “Daily Show” today but when Medusa called in the morning to suggest that perhaps we should skip it since going would involve standing in said cold for a few hours and we do have tickets for later this month, I gladly agreed. This was just not a day for going outside at all. I just wanted lots of Advil and curling on my nice comfy warm bed all day. I kind of actually don’t terribly mind it, though, since it such a normal way to be cranky. I’ll take cramps over palpitations any day and probably due to hormones I don’t get major palpitations with my period.
Today Mama and I finally cleaned out Babushka’s closet. When I moved back home a few years ago I moved into my grandmother’s old room due to a much more comfortable bed and a bit more space. However, one of the closets was still full with my grandmother’s things and Mama did not have the heart to get rid of anything for ten years. Finally, lately she’s been thinking more about it and she figures that her friend can use some of the clothes. So we dragged all of my boxed blocking that closet out of the way and separated clothes to be thrown away, to be given to Mama’s friend to try or to charity. It was time and I’m glad Mama could finally do this.
Watched more “Doctor Who” on Netflix, even ventured into Martha years a bit. Again, I’m mostly watching scenes I like and I skip around. Also looked a bit into Season One too with Nine and Rose.
