bearshortyWhen we ordered a gift card for Bear’s sister, I didn’t realize that Amazon would send it to us through UPS instead of post office. It is tricky to get UPS here, mostly because we are both at work during the week and no one is home and the UPS office to pick up the packages is actually pretty far (for some reason it is not the one five minutes away).
Today was supposed to be the 3rd delivery attempt, but I thought – hey, I actually have a day off, no tutoring today, I’ll be home all day. I checked online and the package left for delivery at 5:30 this morning. Guess, who didn’t show up all day. I didn’t even go for a walk because of that stupid thing. So I’m just grumpy and irritated about it, especially since I’m going to work tomorrow and will miss UPS if they actually show up.
Other than that my day was pretty ordinary. I’m eating way too much chocolate when I’m just at home. I did finish my story since the awesome beta sent it back this afternoon and I emailed it a whole day before deadline – yay.
And I watched “Glee” on Bear’s computer – he has the TV on computer program that catches the signal. I liked the humor in today’s episode.
