bearshortyThe weather is so sleep inducing. I was lethargic all day. That didn’t help in grading writing papers. I’m in my eyeballs in grading for the next three weeks.
I went to teach. It was fine. I feel the end of the semester rapidly approaching.
I just saw the news that Elizabeth Sladen (Sarah Jane Smith on “Doctor Who”) died today. She was 63. This makes me sad – she was an awesome companion. I’m glad she was in the new serials too.
All evening I spent putting together the “Maya, Aztec and Inca” lecture (National Geographic is useful for fun facts) And I just read their Inca article with very nice pictures. There is just so many pictures I could use for Powerpoint, so I would get distracted. I finished at midnight, right on time to go to sleep, wake up and go for the next round of papers.
I’m so looking forward to this weekend with our Seder get together and then Bear’s house for Easter with his family. We might even get to watch a fun movie – either “Tangled” or “Megamind.” I need something to look forward to with this gigantic never ending paper pile.
