I got the ingredients for my cranberry/orange muffin bread that I always make for Thanksgiving to bring to Bear’s house. I’m making it on Wednesday.
I always use TV to avoid doing things I should. Even when I know I’m being self-destructive. Instead of grading stuff I need I watched more old Grey’s Anatomy episodes. Well, tomorrow will be a full grading day again. I really don’t want to fall into depression again and it feels like I’m sinking into it. I really need to pull myself together next week – even with the holidays.
Dexter S5E9 The previews for the next episode are amazing. They are really plotting a great season. Dexter as caring parent is just wonderful to watch. And he actually could say “I love you” to his daughter this time. That conversation in the car almost got me teary. I’m glad they made up. And his realization with Harry’s speech that Harry couldn’t see that part of him, that his father perhaps didn’t understand him. Also his realization after Astor asked that helping Lumen is helping him deal with Rita’s death too. I’m really glad Deb ended it with Quinn because of her brother. That was good. Good episode again. And I am really enjoying this season. Even more than the last one.
