bearshortyPeer Review Day. It was nice just to give them the handout. I did hold conferences with students in the second class. Mostly, my kids from last semester were the most comfortable coming to me to discuss their papers. I’m feeling a little less attached this semester to my writing classes. Probably in compensation for last semester being so good.
Glee. How much did I love you today! I laughed so much. Rachel’s Dads and the lube conversation was just hilarious. And their brilliant plan to show what living together is like. And the show basically addressing the double standard in kissing. And how nobody can understand Rory. And Blaine is back! And Mercedes was fabulous. I figured the gorilla was Karofsky since I saw his name in the cast list and Kurt handled that pretty well. ‘Bullying out of love’ trope makes me cringe. I’m glad the character found it cringe worthy too. Santana and Brittney were great tonight. The conversation in the God squad room was so tacked on and inorganic, it was painful to watch. But even that managed to have many amusing lines.
