bearshortyI had to go in early today to meet one of the writing director’s in her office since I had to miss orientation yesterday. The meeting itself was pretty short. But while waiting for it I did finish reading articles for Monday’s class and sent a long email to the students with questions to keep in mind as they read.
I like being back on the other campus, all my favorite colleagues are there, including Karen and Emily who got to ask me about the wedding plans and talked about their weddings.
Today in the writing classes I was teaching the kids how to read properly. The first article they are reading is so relevant to that, it felt like a great ice breaker.
