I asked Papa to stop by the Trader Joe’s next to his work to pick up some sauces for me. I realized that if I wanted to make chicken on Saturday I would need a whole day to marinade so Bear can’t just pick up some on the way here. In the store, Papa was told that there was no more Tomato chutney. So I will try mango ginger chutney instead. It won’t be the same; I was set on making Tandorri chicken (plain yogurt + tomato chutney sauce) but I guess it would be an adventure to try this sauce instead. I like that I am going to actually cook something tomorrow. I miss my own kitchen.
