I was cross stitching and it was kind of fun and bizarre at the same time to have someone be amazed that people still do that. Well, young people. Mama’s friend who was visiting from New Jersey this weekend saw me cross stitching my lighthouse pattern and was just fascinated by it and only then noticed that some big pictures in my house are made from thread. She was actually looking closely. That was sort of fun because I’m kind of proud of my big projects like “Roseman Bridge” and “Sail with Map of England.” I’m doing orange/yellow color in my small pattern now, it is half-stitch too so it moves quicker. I do like just putting CDs on and doing it to music.

I discovered that Netflix had all four seasons of “Doctor Who” on instant play, not just the first season. So I ended up rewatching some episodes – not the whole thing – but going to favorite scenes, mostly in Season 4. I did rewatch “Runaway Bride” where Ten first met Donna and that was lots of fun.
