4-5 Kislev/21-22 November, 2009
Nov. 22nd, 2009 11:00 pmThis weekend was full of grading and more grading, especially Sunday. I went to Brooklyn on Saturday morning to visit Grandparents and that was pretty much the only time I left the house. I did procrastinate a bit more Saturday, which just resulted in crazy Sunday. On the bright side, many are writing “B” level papers. Their ideas are not that deep but at least they can structure their paper and carry out some sort of argument.
On Sunday at lunch break I did managed to watch a movie I got on Netflix. It is called “Sunshine Cleaning” and it is a small, I think independent, movie with Amy Adams and Emily Blunt about two sisters who start a cleaning agency that cleans up after crime and death scenes. It is a drama/comedy about a girl in the early thirties with a eight year old son who basically puts her shit together. The movie did leave me with a nice and fuzzy feeling. It felt like a small movie but it was entertaining.
