bearshortyI went in to campus early this morning since a student asked to meet outside of office hours. I figured I had papers to grade anyway, I might as well do it in my office with less distractions and a nice desk. And she really needed the help as her paper was not really answering the assignment question.
The American pre-Columbian civilizations lecture went fine. With Easter break coming up, less students came to class. But I just have one more lecture left and a review class and finals and I’m very tired from this semester so I have to energy to care beyond doing my job.
May 13th, when all the grades will be in will be such a nice day.
Avatar S1E7 Are they doing “Beowulf”? Well, I guess not really, but I will never think of “monster comes at night and takes warrior, please fight him” as anything but Beowulf. Iroh is sneaky and a badass. Iroh could see into the Spirit World? Interesting. Sokka is very practical and is not afraid to ask for necessities. This episode dragged a bit. The last few passed a bit faster. So not my favorite but a good set up.
