My dad is ok, thank you for asking. All the tests were fine, so that is very good news.

I was intimidated with Shakespeare too when I was younger. My tenth grade teacher introduced us to Shakespeare with "Macbeth" and he really took his time with it. I ended up just loving the play. I really got into it when I did a study abroad in London and I had a college "Shakespeare" class where we read the plays that were staged in London at the time. I saw the most amazing productions of "Merchant of Venice" and "Midsummer Night's Dream" and I understood the big difference between seeing Shakespeare and just reading it. Now I can read it only because I have the Norton Shakespeare book - it has the best footnotes and language explanations.
