My cold actually made me feel low on energy today mostly because of palpitations. I stayed on my couch most of the day, but I did squeezed in 30 minutes of Wii exercise. I like the one where I have to flap my arms and fly like a bird on the screen. And step aerobics too.
Dollhouse S2 E5-6. We got two episodes of “Dollhouse” finally, after a long break. That was an excellent two parter with a lot of Alexis Denisoff, which I enjoyed. Seeing scenes between him and Echo was good because I really didn’t even see Wesley and Faith in their acting at all. I expect to be distracted by that but both really inhabited their roles. And Victor as Topher was the funniest and absolutely brilliant part. Enver is the best actor on this show he just mimics mannerisms like no other. Topher to DollTopher conversations were great. So was the geek flirtation between Bennett and Topher. I took a second viewing to get the end of the second episode, Perrin’s speech at the hearing seemed a bit abrupt. What I also liked was even new possibilities of Dollhouse technologies of making people a “better” version of themselves. The episodes also showed by evil-monologing always leads to trouble.
