That the trouble with 100% coops, they can make whatever rules they want about who gets to live in the building. Technically we would have been buying shares in a coop, not physical land like in a condo. Unfortunately, most apartment buildings around here are coops. But it is very frustrating especially since I know 100% that we would have no problem affording it.
