Today was pretty mellow. Bear's parents were on a spiritual retreat and Bear is at work all day, so I was just hanging out all day, mostly in the back yard, reading, again. This time of the year my head usually feels like someone squeezing it and I don't like going places as it is. So it was nice, not to be.
I did cook dinner for myself and Bear's parents, which was nice to do - I make rice pilaf, cabbage and fish in the oven. Now I'm just waiting for my parents to Skype me from Aruba.
